I am originally from Thousand Oaks, California- a small town set between Hollywood and some of the best beaches Gidget ever surfed. Although I’ll always be a California girl at heart; I was fascinated early on by my grandmama’s stories about her upbringing in the South and I always knew I would be a southern belle someday!
As a child, I was diagnosed with Leukemia, a form of blood cancer. Although I continue to battle some health problems I thank Jesus for curing me and allowing me to have my beautiful son- my true miracle. (Phillipians 4:13)
Besides being a proud wife, mama and active antique vendor- I am a published writer who has won three Short Story awards and I have been published in several literary anthologies.
